Administration - Liquid 
Take 1/4 - 1/2 in 1 to 2 ounces of room temperature water, 2 to 8 times per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.  If sore throat or fever is present, it is best used as a gargle and then swallowed. To be taken in between meals.
 
* Also can be used in a Neti Pot.  Mix 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon into the saline solution for nasal infection.
